Mental Health

Do you wonder if what you feel is normal or not?  Do you know who to ask if you are concerned about how you feel? If your feelings are interfering with your ability to work, with your relationships or your ability to enjoy your life, please speak to a health professional.

Do you worry that your alcohol or substance use may be excessive?  It’s always a good to learn about how to protect your brain health and develop healthy coping strategies. Seeking help and learning about resources to look after yourself is a sign of strength not weakness. You are worth it!

Here are some ideas:

Ready? Set? Goal!

If you have not set a goal yet, consider setting a Mental Health goal. Talk to your healthcare provider to ensure the goal you set is safe for you to do.

Remember, the more Specific, Measurable and Realistic your goal is, the more likely it is to achieve it.
